Coverage

This weekend we're providing our Deluxe Coverage, including photography of all 4 apparatus, Beam, Bars, Floor and Vault.

Complimentary Photo Set w/ Download

We have made arrangements with your hosts, Gymnastics Energy, to provide a complimentary photo gallery and digital download of highlights from the Floor Routine for all athletes.  All images will be available for download in Hi-Res.  Please use the Registration link at the bottom of the page to sign up for your photo gallery and please take note of the Delivery Window section - all orders are handled on a first come first serve basis.

Additional Coverage

In addition to the floor routine, we will also be covering beam, bars and vault for all athletes, and the full set coverage is available at over 50% off the regular price.  On the Registration page, select the "Green Energy Special" option to take advantage of this special offer and include all of the highlights from each apparatus in your gallery.

Digital Download

All of the images in your gallery will be available for download in Hi-Res via the website.  Detailed instructions for retrieving your download from the gallery will be included in the gallery invitation that gets sent to the Contact Email you provide in your Registration - please double-check for typos when registering, and review the instructions in the body of the email once received.

Delivery Window

Given that we are in the peak of our season and the volume of athletes competing at this meet, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery of your gallery.  Galleries are produced and delivered on a first come first serve basis.

Candidly, delivery windows are long range guidelines, and I do my best to move through the orders as quickly as possible.  The queue tends to balloon quickly before and during the meet, so if speed of delivery is most important to you, it is advisable to Register as soon as you can.  Most galleries will likely be delivered within a 2-4 week range, but I also expect delivery at the end of the queue to extend into the 6 week range for this meet.  We're seeing a lot of athletes here and my goal is to provide the same quality and attention to detail to everyone equally.
