Coverage
This weekend we're providing our Deluxe Coverage, including photography of all 4 apparatus for each athlete's Beam, Bars, Floor and Vault routines, plus additional candid & storytelling coverage provided by our roaming photographer. This additional coverage may include fun moments and candid interactions with teammates and coaches, teaching moments, prep work, group shots, buddy shots - it's generally different from group to group and session to session, but we look for all the little things that make competing with your friends a special event. This extra content is included with Deluxe and Lite Registrations only.
Digital Downloads / Gallery
Digital Downloads are delivered in Hi-Res, and are available on-demand via your gallery with Deluxe Registrations or Full Set Upgrades, or delivered to your email with the smaller subsets included in the Basic & Lite Registrations.
Detailed instructions for retrieving your download from the gallery will be included in the gallery invitation that gets sent to the Contact Email you provide in your Registration - please double-check for typos when registering, and review the instructions in the body of the email once received.
The overall size of your gallery will vary depending on factors such as which package you choose, the level of your athlete, and generally speaking, how the day goes on the competition floor, the sorts of interactions occurring and the length of routines and skills represented. A very general estimate is anywhere from 45-90 images to choose from for your download sets. We do our best to balance it out and provide maximum value, where there may be less skills available in the developmental levels, we look for more of the storytelling aspects, friendships, teaching and candid moments, and for your higher level athletes, we're there to capture your incredible skills in an artful way and showcase all the fruits of years of training coming together - plus all the extra fun stuff we can gather for you.
Delivery Window
Given that we are in the peak of our season and the volume of athletes competing at this meet, please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery of your gallery. Galleries are produced and delivered on a first come first serve basis, with Deluxe Registrations receiving priority delivery.
Candidly, delivery windows are long range guidelines, and I do my best to move through the orders as fast as possible. The queue tends to balloon quickly before and during the meet, so if speed of delivery is most important to you, it is recommended to Register sooner than later. Most galleries will likely be delivered within the 2-4 week range following the meet, but I also expect delivery at the end of the queue to extend into the 5 week range for this meet. To be up front, we are covering back-to-back meet weekends at the end of February, which will slightly impact production during the first week after the meet.

Photo Registrations
Deluxe - $150
This is everything, the full enchilada. Full coverage from each apparatus, plus candid/storytelling content, includes ALL images for download in hi-res, no watermarks in the gallery, and priority delivery.
Basic - $90
As the name suggests, just the basics. Includes competition highlights from the beam, bars and floor, no additional content. You will be able to select up to 24 of your favourite images from the gallery for your included download set. Upgrades to 36 images or the Full Set are also available.
Lite - $65
Includes highlights from the floor routine only, plus some additional candid/storytelling content to add context to your athlete's day in the gym competing with her teammates and friends. You may choose up to 12 of your favourite images from your gallery for your included download, or upgrade to 24, 36, or the Full Set of images.
Full-Set Upgrade Add-On - $30
For upgrading the Basic or Lite Registrations only. Offered at 50% off during Registration, regular price is $60 within your gallery once received.
