Express - $75 (beta test, special Xcel Xtravaganza price)
I've heard you - I know some of you want a speedier delivery. To that end, I am introducing an Express option, this item will be delivered in priority, but I'm asking you to bear with me here while I learn exactly how fast I can deliver on a new process. So while I can't put an exact timeline on it for this meet, these orders will be delivered first and as fast as possible, and I really appreciate your help in finding out with me what my capabilities are. Please note, as this option is a speedy option, the quality of images is not expected to be the same as the Deluxe package or what you may have been used to with us in the past. The gallery will include a quick curation of athletic highlights from the competition routines on the beam, bars, and floor only, no additional storytelling content will be included, and the images will receive a base process with no further production or adjustments. If you just want a pile of competition photos, more or less as is, and you want them quickly and you're not too concerned with any attention to detail being paid to your photos, this item is for you. This item is also non-refundable.

Special, Black & White Set - $60 (beta test, special Xcel Xtravaganza price)
Intended to be more of a storyteller style set with some competition highlights from the beam, bars, and floor included. Let us lean into the art of artistic gymnastics, and who we are as photographers, artists and storytellers, and try to deliver something a little more special to you. Curated set of 24-36 images, with an old school black & white film vibe.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of your gallery.
Deluxe - $120
Full KC production, includes full coverage from the beam, bars, and floor, plus our signature storytelling/candid content. Fully curated, processed, and stylized gallery with our custom post-production. This is what we're known for and what we do best.
Delivery Window - 3-6 weeks.
Singles, Floor - $45
Singles, Beam/Bars - $30
Select individual events, coverage includes athletic highlights from the competition routines, no additional content.
Xcellence Session Add-On - $60 (deluxe) / $45 (express/special)
For Gold & Platinum athletes competing in the Xcellence session on Saturday (session 11), add this item to your regular session order to receive a "2-For" discount for galleries from both sessions. If purchasing for the Xcellence session only, regular pricing applies.
All packages include a full set download of all images in your gallery.
Galleries & Downloads
Your gallery is personal, private and password protected.
All galleries are custom curated, professionally processed and fully finished before delivery.
Image downloads are all Hi-Res, easily printable up to a standard 8x10 or 8x12 size.
Access to your gallery and information about retrieving your images will be emailed to you at the Delivery Contact Email submitted with your order info, once your gallery has been completed and uploaded to the website. This information will include your link, password, and any instructions you need.
The amount of images in your gallery will vary based on factors including the athletes level, length of routines / number of skills performed, and the package chosen. There are too many factors out of our control to make any "guarantees", but we try to produce approximately 25-40 high quality images for floor routines, and an additional 15-25 per apparatus. The roaming content is harder to predict, but overall our galleries are known to be fairly robust, as we're known to make use of warm-up time and look for things beyond the routines when we're able to. We try to alter our approach based on the levels to give you the best possible representations that we can.

Delivery Window
Delivery windows are variable based on packages for this meet, please refer to the description box on the order page.
Express - first priority delivery, please refer to the info blurb above for full details.
Deluxe - 3-6 weeks
Special B&W - up to 6 weeks
For orders placed before the end of the meet weekend, delivery windows start from the Monday following the meet. Orders placed after the meet weekend are not included in this window and may be subject to an extended timeline. This is a guideline not a deadline, pending the size of the order queue, and when the order was placed. Our intention is to create photos that will be wonderful memories to last a lifetime, but our process does take time. If speed of delivery is more important than the quality of the work, please consider the Express option.
Orders are delivered in succession chronologically from when they were received and there is a strong likelihood that athletes on the same team, perhaps even in the same rotation group, will receive their orders at different times. This is completely normal and not cause for concern, it most likely just means the orders were placed at different times.

Checking Order/Delivery Status
If you are unsure if your gallery has been delivered, here is a simple and easy check you can do: Visit the client galleries for this meet, if your athlete is listed in the client gallery, then your order has been delivered and if you have not received the gallery invitation with the link and password it's possible that the invite landed in your spam / junk folder, or with gmail, sometimes users find the invites under the "Promotions" tab. Check those spots first, if you still don't see the invite, let me know and I'll re-send it.
If you visit the client galleries and your athlete is not listed, you can be sure your order has not yet been completed and is still in the queue for production.
Email Policy - re: Delivery
Most of the emails I receive are simply asking some variation of "are we there yet?".
It's one thing when it's a couple of kids in the back of the car on a family road trip, it's quite another when it's several hundred gym parents in the inbox. :)
I provide my best estimated delivery windows for each meet, and the volume of these sorts of emails I receive has proven to have an extreme effect on my ability to meet the expectations I set and keep everyone happy. For this reason, while we are inside the delivery window for your meet, no emails requesting personal delivery times will be answered. I know everyone gets excited, I'm extremely grateful for that, but PLEASE, trust me, help me keep the production goals on track and refrain from sending those emails if you can.
I'm not trying to be rude, I do love interacting with you all, I'm just asking for your help here. The blanket answer is that your order is in the queue and it will be delivered in succession. If we fall outside of the stated delivery window and you have not received anything or your athlete is not listed in the client galleries, by all means reach out, and yes, you will definitely hear from me with a timeline and explanation if something has impacted the delivery expectations.
